A Word of Caution
There are many medical conditions that can cause difficulty sleeping. This includes but is not limited to sleep apnea, asthma, gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn), respiratory problems, prostate problems, diabetes, chronic pain, night time fevers or sweats just to name a few. If you are experiencing any difficulty breathing, frequent trips to the bathroom at night, coughing spells that keep you up or any other difficulties that interfere with sleep you should see your doctor first to have these addressed before beginning this course.
